While our primary business is located in British Columbia, our management platform allows us to manage computers and networks remotely, regardless of location. Secondary, we always try to establish a local presence with a service provider that will be available to us and will represent us for onsite calls.

How much do managed services cost?

There are no fixed prices for managed services. Every business is different and so are their needs. All pricing is done on a per client basis. Some clients may want simple monitoring and managed Antivirus while others may require full network administration.

Do you provide onsite service as well.?

Of course! We provide direct regular onsite support for our many clients in Abbotsford, Langley, Maple Ridge and New Westminster. We also schedule regular visits for our clients located further such as Sunshine Coast, Nanaimo, and Kingston Ontario. Every single client of ours gets onsite visits as necessary.

To setup your pop3 email account you will need to use the following information:

Is my Hosted Exchange email backed up?

Yes. All hosted exchange mailboxes are backed up hourly. We are able to restore even a single deleted email if necessary.

How do I reserve my copy of Windows 10?

The simplest method is by locating the Windows logo on your tray. Simply right click on the logo and choose “Reserve my copy of Windows 10”. When the registration window pops up you can skip the email address. That’s it!
